24/7 Health Advice​

Even in the middle of the night, people are not well, people can take health advice instead of rushing to the doctors or where People need to see Doctor immediately but people are not aware the seriousness of the condition.

  • Enable access to the qualified professional health advice for the entire public of Malaysia through a phone call anytime, from anywhere within the country.
  • Doctors and paramedics are available 24×7 to provide advice on health related issues.
  • The doctors and paramedics are supported by a standard, uniform, validated computer assisted Algorithms to answer the queries about illnesses.
  • The doctors and paramedics help the caller clinically assess their health condition and if they assess that the caller’s condition requires immediate medical attention than the call would be transferred to the emergency number or advice the caller to take appropriate action and seek the medical help.

Public Health Alerts and Feedback

Compliant Logger with Feedback Management System: Callers can register any complaints or issues with respect to public healthcare delivery system.

Healthcare Helpline Service Improvement Loggers (SIL) forwards the callers’ complaints/grievances to the appropriate authorities for resolution. In many cases the SILs proactively contact the appropriate authorities for redressing the grievances of the callers.

The quick response and remedial action of the concerned public authorities has delighted many of the aggrieved callers in numerous cases. Quite a few of the callers do call back to register their satisfaction and happiness at the addressing of their issues.

Medical Directory Services

The callers can access Healthcare Helpline for obtaining information pertaining to various health providers such as doctors, nursing homes, tertiary care hospitals, blood banks, diagnostic services providers, Nursing colleges, Pharmacy colleges and physiotherapy colleges etc.

This module has been integrated with GIS (Geographical Information System) Google maps which help to give appropriate information along with distance between the caller locations to destination.

Health Awareness and Communication

SMS/ WA Service
SMS/ WA used to send the medical prescription when required. Any government announcements regarding Medical camps, awareness programs etc. can be shared with the registered numbers using SMS Service.

Email Service
Email Service used to send the medical prescription when required. Any government announcements regarding Medical camps, awareness programs etc. can be shared with the registered Email users using Email Service.

Counseling Services

Healthcare Helpline offers services of trained counselors to provide psychological counseling to cope with Drug abuse, HIV/Aids, anxieties, and stress etc.

It also provides services of trained counselors. In exceptional cases it can provide a link to professional psychiatrists’ services both on line and off-line.
